PERMANENT BROWS

Permanent powder brows can also be called ombré brows or microshaded brows. It is a cosmetic tattoo technique that creates a soft, filled-in makeup look by depositing pigment into the skin with a machine and needle. Unlike microblading, this method uses a shading technique for a powdery, graident effect that is suitable for all skin types, even oily skin.
