Ashley E. Esthetics was created by me, Ashley Ernstberger, a former teacher-turned “Stay At Home Mom”-turned esthetician.

After six years of teaching fourth grade full time, I transitioned into a part-time role as a preschool teacher so that I could spend more time with my two young daughters. After four years of teaching preschool and adding two more children to our family, I decided to stop teaching completely.

Years later (and after two more babies), I gave teaching another shot, this time as a fully virtual fourth grade teacher. While I enjoyed putting my teacher hat back on, I realized I simply couldn’t give teaching the time and dedication it needed at this phase of my life.

Another couple of years passed by, and with all six of our children in some sort of full-time school (ranging from high school to preschool), I was able to say yes to a dream I had been thinking of for quite some time — becoming an esthetician.

With the support of my husband, children, family, and friends, I balanced the six months of esthetics school with my busy family life. It wasn’t easy, but it was certainly worth it, as I love this new career. It is so refreshing to have a job that never feels like “work.” I enjoy making my clients feel great about themselves, and I truly value their trust, loyalty, and connection with me.
